The Rues principales Foundation, a Québec not-for-profit agency active in socio-economic revitalization, recently travelled to Belgium to strengthen its ties of cooperation with the Association du Management de Centre-Ville (AMCV), a Belgium organization that addresses socio-economic revitalization throughout Europe and with which the Rues principales Foundation has building a collaborative relationship since 1999.
